These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rembrandt Graduation Supplies LLC (“Rembrandt Grad,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website at rembrandtgrad.com and the purchase of graduation supplies. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and Purchases
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
- Orders are fulfilled and delivered to your designated school, not to your home address. Delivery dates are set per school and communicated in advance.
- You are responsible for picking up your graduation supplies at your school’s designated location on or after the stated delivery date.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is processed securely through Authorize.net. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Deposits may be accepted at the time of order. Any remaining balance is due before or at the time of product pickup.
- Customers with outstanding balances may not be able to receive their graduation supplies until the balance is paid in full.
- Balance due payments can be made online via the secure payment link provided in your order communications.
3. SMS Text Message Communications
Consent to Receive SMS Messages: By providing your mobile phone number during checkout on rembrandtgrad.com, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Rembrandt Graduation Supplies at the phone number provided. These messages are sent in connection with your graduation supply order and may include:
- Order confirmation notifications
- Delivery date announcements for your school
- Order pickup reminders
- Balance due reminders and payment receipts
- Escalation notices for unconfirmed or unpaid orders
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order status, typically 3–8 messages per graduation season. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been processed, and no further SMS messages will be sent. Note that opting out of SMS does not cancel your order.

Messaging Service Provider: SMS messages are sent via Twilio, a third-party messaging service provider. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Rembrandt Graduation Supplies is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
Non-Sharing of Mobile Data: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Order Confirmation
You may receive communications asking you to confirm your graduation order details including items ordered, school, and student name. Confirming your order helps ensure accurate and timely delivery. Failure to confirm does not cancel your order but may result in additional reminder communications.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of graduation supplies (personalized gowns, announcements, etc.), all sales are final. Exchanges may be available for sizing issues. Please contact us at 520.745.5289 or [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rembrandt Graduation Supplies’ liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, errors, or failures beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on rembrandtgrad.com, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Rembrandt Graduation Supplies LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted at rembrandtgrad.com/terms-and-conditions with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
